Why do you need a Soft Mobility cover?

Using soft mobility means respecting the environment and your health. Unfortunately, accidents linked to the use of these means of mobility are frequent, accounting for 20% of all traffic accidents. The journeys you make can quickly become very costly if you injure yourself or someone else.

When do you need a Soft Mobility cover?

As soon as you get around on foot or use a soft mobility device such as a bike, step or scooter, we recommend that you subscribe to a soft mobility insurance. It also covers your liability when traveling abroad, anywhere in the world.

What is covered and what isn't?

In the belief that real-life examples speak louder than definitions, here are some of the most common uses of the cover:

The main things that are covered

Shared mobility: while riding a shared scooter, you collide with another rider who suffers a nasty fall? Covered.
Using your personal mode of transport: you knock down and injure a pedestrian while riding your bike? Covered.
Biking: your bike's battery no longer works? Stuck far from home without a spare inner tube? We're here to help.

Some things that aren't covered

Mandatory liability insurance: if you drive a vehicule riding at more than 25 km/h, you need a specific insurance. Sorry, not covered.
Unlicensed vehicle: you've tampered with your electric scooter and it no longer complies with regulations? Sorry, not covered.
Repair costs for your soft mobility vehicle: had an accident with your electric scooter and the frame needs replacing? Sorry, not covered.
