Legal information and documents

The policy is concluded for a period of one year, but you can terminate it at any time (SWINZ can terminate it with 3 months-notice prior to the policy term date). Unless terminated by either party, this contract is automatically renewed on its term date, for successive periods of one year. This contract is governed by Belgian law.

Before subscribing to SWINZ, carefully examine our guarantees and exclusions listed in the product information document and general terms and conditions, and our segmentation criteria. SWINZ is BelgaMGA SA, Chaussée de Louvain, 435 – 1380 Lasne, an underwriting agent governed by Belgian law and registered in the register of insurance intermediaries kept by the FSMA under number 0846.053.992 (RPM Nivelles).

If you have a complaint, you can send an e-mail to complaints@swinz.be or write to SWINZ, Chaussée de Louvain, 435 - 1380 Lasne. If your complaint is not dealt with to your satisfaction, you can contact the Insurance Ombudsman at www.ombudsman-insurance.be or info@omdusman-insurance.be.
