If you are a SWINZ member, how do you terminate your policy?

SWINZ respects your freedom and offers you the possibility to cancel your policy on a monthly basis.

At SWINZ, your first monthly premium is paid when you register as a new member.  This is when your policy is activated and you are covered immediately.  This day is the reference day taken into account when you want to cancel your policy, with effect from the second following due date.

Example:

You become a SWINZ member on October 10th. Your first payment takes place on that same October 10 and you are covered!
Every 10th of the following months, your bank account is automatically debited and your SWINZ policy continues to cover you.
If you decide to leave us on June 29th, you can simply cancel your policy via the application.
On July 10, your account is debited for the last time and you are covered for another month.
August the 9th is your SWINZ's last day of coverage. You should make sure to get insured elsewhere.

If you subscribe to the SWINZ policy without passing through a broker, you have 14 days after subscription to change your mind.  In this case, you pay only for the days for which you were covered, and we refund the difference.
